Lab Planning Services from Longo Labs

Located in Fitchburg, MA and Westminster, MA, The Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, known as Monty VoTech, offers educational opportunities for 20 diverse trades. Established in 1965, the school serves grades 9-12, made up of about 1,400 students. Monty VoTech also offers adult education programs in additional to their day school program.

In an effort to keep up with the ever changing demands of the 21st century, Monty VoTech recently completed two new chemistry lab renovations with Longo Labs. The renovation included products from Sheldon Laboratory Systems:

Axis Tables, Wood Lab Casework, Fume Hoods, Teacher’s Demonstration Desk

Longo Labs created the new lab space design in conjuction with the owner and the school. Longo Labs worked with Monty VoTech to formulate a budget, the selection of products to be used as well as the purchasing.

These new chemistry labs help Monty VoTech to further their school mission statement — “Every student will graduate from Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School with the skills, knowledge, and abilities to be a productive and effective member of an ever-changing society.”
